Birmingham & Lemon Sauce

We went to Birmingham today to see Nana, Grandad and Uncle Richard, on the way down we did a little detour to see his old work mates in Redditch, Bal, Dale, Nick, Ian and a few others who I don’t know , they were all pleased to see us and especially Chloe which was really nice.

Chloe was very happy her Nana and had lots of cuddles!

Grandad & Uncle Richard got lots of smiles from her even though Uncle Richard tried to scare Chloe with a horrible mask!

We decided it was less scary with the mask on than off lol


We had a Chinese for tea, and just after I had finished, Dave said you have spilt lemon sauce down your top. I looked down at it was all over me, I thought that’s funny, I only dipped a chip in the sauce to try it and it looked like I had dipped my top in it!!!

Then we noticed a little on Uncle Richard but he hadn’t had any lemon sauce! That’s when I noticed it on Chloe too, it was all up her back and on her dress and it wasn’t lemon sauce at all, it was poo!!! It was everywhere!!! I rushed her upstairs and Richard helped me bath her in the sink!

I said it’s a good job I didn’t taste it to see if it was lemon sauce :oO lol

Unfortunately it is now raining so it won't be around for long!



Her little suit, that my lovely friend Joanne gave her is still a little bit big for her!

Look who Chloe met today!

Well off I went to the White Rose Centre to do some christmas shopping which was very unsuccessful as I didn't get one christmas present!

As I was wandering round Debenhams, looking at bits and bobs, all of a sudden what I thought was a christmas display of Santa, suddenly spoke to me! I jumped out of my skin! We had a good chat and he was lovely and let me take a piccy of Chloe with him!

2nd December - Journal Your Christmas

Well I have signed up for a Journal Your Christmas class by Ali Edwards, I wasn't sure whether to do her class or one by Shimelle, but I have ended up doing my own version anyway.

1st December

Firstly Happy Birthday to my Dad, just incase he ever comes and reads my blog, very unlikely really!

Well this morning it really started to feel christmassy as we had lots of snow flurrys which did lay a tiny bit unfortunately not enough to stick around. But long enough for me to get a picture of Chloe in it! If you look hard enough you can just see some snow flakes!

25th - Scrap Your Day!

Well the 25th seems to come round really fast! Chloe and I had a very busy day, Millie (a neighbour) looked after her in the morning whilst I went for my smear test (it's 8 years since I last had one!) :oO I took pictures of the doctors but I definately wasn't going to take pictures of the actual test lol

When I got home I could hear a pitiful meow! Missy had got locked in our bedroom! When I opened the door she shot out like a bullet!!

Then in the afternoon, I left Chloe with Joan our lovely neighbours behind us, whilst John took me to pick our car up from it's MOT!

I had to explain to them all why I needed to take photo's of them!

This evening, Dave went out for a curry with the guys from work and me and Chloe went to pick him up, Richard and Paul waited with him so they could see me and Chloe which was really nice :o)

Part of today's 'Scrap Your Day' challenge was to take self portrait's of myself, well this definately prooved to be a big challenge, I must admit 100's of photo's later and I am lucky if I have one I can use! (Is my nose really that big?) :oO

Health Visitor

Sue our Health Visitor has been today and Chloe is growing fast!

She is now 12lb 8oz and is 61.5cm long!

She is really pleased with how she is doing and is impressed that I am still breast feeding her! :o)
